Inspired by a variety of movement, dance and psychology mediums, I share with you Reveling Dance. These in depth movement sessions are designed to enhance your relationship with your body, particularly with how you tend to move. I'm a life and movement coach, dedicated to teaching people how to break free (or rebel) from their 'stories' that keep them from living their true potential and revel in the realities of this life. How to relate to themselves with compassion, freeing them to relate to everything else with confidence and grace. In the studio, nature is our guide and music sets our tempo/weather. We practice different ways of moving so we can be equip, balanced responders to life outside the studio.
Everyone is welcome regardless of size, shape, mood, physical ability, or gender. No dance experience required.
Learn how to commit to each stage of where you’re at, so you can continue to move rather than wobble in uncertainty. With practice you’ll begin move with more ease in any situation because you'll be connected to your source.
With gentle guidance and a wide range of music, you'll discover how patterns and mental inertia control how you experience yourself, and your relationships, possibly even cutting you off from your essence. I'd like to provide a safe place for you to physically move in a way that is more inline with your natural way of being. Each experience is unique, as are you. Reconnect to your inspiration and let’s get moving!
*Please wear fitted clothing you can move comfortably in. Barefeet
** Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat or cushion for times spent on the floor
