Meditation and Information Evening - Wednesday Night 7:30

On a Wednesday night at 7:30 we offer an evening of meditation and information.  During this time together we share any insights we have about the current energy on the planet.  Then there is time for everyone to ask questions on general topics, before they start the meditation.  The meditation is a guided visualisation designed to empower.  If you have had trouble meditating before this is often the way to go.  With us guiding you it is easy to ground yourself correctly and follow the process.  The energy in the room is also set to support your process and rejuvenate your energy at the same time.
Meditations are available for download as well.
