Monthly Meditation + Relaxation Workshops in Karori

Join us at Beginner Yogi - Yoga Studio in Karori on the last Saturday of the month.
Each workshop has 2 guided meditations, half hour full body relaxation ending with tea and treats
Our Relaxation + Meditation Workshops are perfect for beginners through to regular meditators. You are gently guided through at least meditations and we end the workshop with a full body relaxation, followed by hot tea and delicious vegan treats.
Each month a different type of meditation is explored, one month we may discover sound and use singing bowls and the next we may go on a journey of the Chakras.
Our studio is warm and comfortable, seating up to 10 people.
Meditation can help to relieve stress, anxiety and promote clarity and wellbeing. Group meditation can be very energising and powerful.
