Animal Flow 6-Week Workshop

Have fun moving your body, learning an active form of yoga to release the inner animal!
Animal Flow is a movement system designed to improve strength and mobility through functional movement. It’s fun and challenging and requires a learning process that increases co-ordination and neuromuscular connections in the body. Most of the movements are quadrupedal, meaning hands and feet are in contact with the ground – like an animal!
A certain level of fitness is required as it can be an intense workout. Participation to the full course preferable.
