Past-Lives Emotional Release

In this 2 hours workshop, you will work on first creating a safe place for you to feel confident and protected in the learning and clearing that you’ll be doing.  I will then lead a meditation that will allow you to go deep within yourself and find old memories of past experiences (possibly past-lives).  You will learn techniques to feel the energy attached to the past, locate it and then release it.

This work is extremely powerful and can help you shift immensely in your life.  Trust that you have all that you need to be able to do the work on yourself, under my guidance.  You are the actor and creator of your life and I know that everyone has a natural ability to heal from old traumas and experiences.

I have been working with individuals for years and the results that come from acknowledging and releasing past-lives are truly fantastic.  But please bear in mind that this is not a therapy or that it doesn’t claim to heal on any levels.  You know that you have to see professionals if you need help on those levels.  Here we talk about knowing yourself more, opening doors to feel more empowered and hopefully bring more flow and ease into your life.
