8 Week Mindfulness CoursePresented by Lynette White
Course runs over 8 consecutive Wednesdays - from 4th Oct to 22 Nov.
In a busy world we can easily find ourselves stressed and anxious. Mindfulness has been tested scientifically and found to improve happiness and well-being and help to reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia and stress.
Each 2 hour session will include a structured presentation as well as mindfulness exercises and practice. Information on the latest research on mindfulness, its benefits and how the brain works will be integrated into each session.
