8 Week Mindfulness Course

Course runs over 8 consecutive Wednesdays - from 4th Oct to 22 Nov.

Cost: $80 which includes 100+ page workbook

In a busy world we can easily find ourselves stressed and anxious.  Mindfulness has been tested scientifically and found to improve happiness and well-being and help to reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia and stress. 

Each 2 hour session will include a structured presentation as well as mindfulness exercises and practice.  Information on the latest research on mindfulness, its benefits and how the brain works will be integrated into each session.  Participants will be encouraged to practice mindfulness exercises during the week to build on the skills learnt during sessions.
