4 week Beginners Mindfulness Course

Brief introduction to mindfulness and its benefits.  Learn mindfulness techniques that will help you to stay more focused on the present moment and reduce stress.

This course is run over weeks starting Wednesday November 1, then 8/11, 15/11 and 22/11.  It is a brief introduction for anyone interested in learning about mindfulness and its benefits.  You will learn about key components of mindfulness as well get to practice mindfulness techniques that will help you to stay more focused on the present moment and reduce stress.  All proceeds will go to Common Unity Aotearoa to support their projects.  To find out about course content go to https://mindfullife.co.nz/short-courses/
