Pelvic Floor Restore workshop for women

Learn what to do and how to do it - to improve your pelvic floor function.
Regaining normal pelvic floor function can be elusive for many women - particularly after childbirth, or menopause. However, with the right guidance and knowledge, pelvic floor function can be improved and common problems such as stress incontinence eliminated in 80% women.
In this 4 hour workshop you will learn what to do to and how to do it to improve your pelvic floor function. Your pelvic floor muscles do not move in isolation. Experience how they work with the breath, with the muscles of the lower abdomen, inner thighs, hips and buttocks, using full body movements.
The movements are gentle and small, and performed with awareness. However, you need to be able to get up and down from the floor, and lie comfortably on your back. Otherwise, no particular level of fitness is needed. For all ages - wear comfortable clothes and bring your curiosity.
Easy to follow take home notes will help you to remember everything you learn.
