Better Breathing Workshop

This four hour workshop is for anyone who would like to understand more about the act of breathing - both theory and practice. 

Better breathing produces higher levels of energy and creativity, reduces stress and improves pain and general management of many health conditions.  Experience for yourself the positive effect better breathing can make.  Learn how you can take control of your stress, anxiety, or find more "puff" when you are exercising.  Helpful also for those with asthma.

For any fitness level or age.  Need to be able to get on and off the floor, and lie comfortably.  Wear layered clothing that is not restricting. 

Easy to follow take home notes will help you to remember everything you learn at this workshop.  Yummy morning tea provided.

Brenda is an experienced certified Feldenkrais Teacher - has 25+ in Nursing and Nursing Education, also has been a Yoga Instructor.  She creates a relaxed yet professional learning environment.
