Menopause - An Information Evening for Women

Often taboo, and infrequently discussed, this is an opportunity to sit with two women who have made the transition themselves as they share their knowledge, wisdom and perspectives on the physical, spiritual, emotional and sexual journey of Menopause.

Dr Julie Forsey works as a medical doctor in Lower Hutt.  Originally from the UK, she has been immersed in both spiritual and science-based transformation for the past twenty years, including teaching 5 Rhythms conscious dance.  She has three grown children and one grandchild and is enjoying the freedom that life post-menopause brings.

Louisa Chase is a wellbeing practitioner at Natural Connection.  She has been studying an eclectic range of healing traditions for over 20 years and holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy.  She has two adult daughters and is happy to report that post-menopausal zest for life is not a myth.

Expect frankness and a dose of humour, as well as opportunities to ask your questions.

Women of all ages who would like to learn more about this important rite of passage are welcome.
