The Yoga I guide you through each week encourages you to listen to your inner voice and really feel your experience making the practice your own.
We are all different and its important we honour where we are right in that present moment.
Your personal experience with Yoga will continually change and develop as you become more familiar with your body and your mind. I personally see Yoga as a form of meditation, which can lead you to a place of inner peace. Anyone can do yoga. You don’t need to be flexible, you just need to listen to your body and practice with patience and awareness.
I offer private sessions especially suitable for people who are dealing with stress and anxiety or particular physical limitations. (eg: back issues, Arthritis)
I also offer Yoga in the workplace and Reiki Healing.
