Rhythm of Life

This day is all about you.You will be guided to drop into stillness and gain clarity for your path for 2018.  This means you can answer your questions about what is the right action for you.
The day will include guided meditations, self-inquiry exercises, making and walking a labyrinth, mandalas, listening to a quartz singing bowl, and more.
Discovery more of your own spirituality.
You will receive a lovely notebook made in India to write in along with a pen.
