Endings and New Beginnings

As 2018 draws to a close and a new year approaches, we take time to connect with, allow space for, and honour our experiences from the outgoing year and to welcome new beginnings.  We explore through the 5Rhythms practice, how we move through the various cycles of our lives and cultivate our ability to let go and dance with wisdom and grace into new experiences. 

This is an opportunity to take time out of the busyness of the season and connect with ourselves and others in a journey of awareness, nourishment and celebration.

This workshop is facilitated by Alex Rodriguez, Accredited 5Rhythms teacher.  Everyone is welcome.  No previous experience is necessary.
