Beginner's Ashtanga Yoga

If you want to learn more about this powerful practice, check out this new beginner's class.
We'll go very slowly through the sequence and pay close attention to correct alignment and posture, so even if you're entirely new to yoga this will provide a safe and nurturing space to develop strength, balance, and flexibility.
All ages & levels of experience are welcome.
Bring a towel and mat and wear loose-fitting clothing.
