Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic technique through which we learn to relax whole body consciously, guiding attention systematically through the body, part by part.  The technique leads to mental relaxation.  After this deep relaxation one feels refreshed and harmonised.
After Yoga Nidra we will continute with Nadi Shodhana Pranayama & Medition from Yoga in Daily Life - The System.
