iRest is a form of yoga nidra meditation in which we examine all aspects of the human being (physical body, energy and breath, emotions, thoughts, joy, our sense of "I-ness" and Awareness). It's a deeply healing and restorative practice that helps us deal with the demands of everyday life while giving us a chance to explore our spirituality.
