Beginner Yogi 6 week courses take place in our Marsden Village Yoga Studio, Wellington and are thoughtfully designed and kept small to encourage anyone wanting to learn yoga.
6 WEEK BEGINNER YOGI COURSES INCLUDE: 1 hour yoga class, once a week for 6 weeks Introduction to yoga and the benefits of incorporating it into your life Traditional yoga techniques such as postures, breath and relaxation The support and guidance of a qualified and passionate teacher The group courses are kept small to ensure students feel safe and supported and get individual attention during practice time. This course is great for individuals wanting to learn with a group or friends that want to learn yoga together. Classes are held once a week in our Karori studio and are 1 hour long.
