Kundalini Yoga is simple to learn through poses and positions, breathing and stretching techniques, mantra and meditation, diet and lifestyle.

Practiced regularly it can strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system.  Lying dormant at the base of the spine Kundalini energy is awakened and rises up the spine to re-balance the 7 major chakras (energy centres) so you will experience a physical, emotional and spiritual awakening.
