The Soul Food Cafe

Each evening will flow around the needs of those who attend.  You will be able to join in discussions of spiritual matters with like-minded people and experienced mediums and teachers.  These discussions may well lead into teaching on such matters as how to contact your guides and helpers and work with them to help you in your everyday life.

There will be different types of spiritual healing available for you to experience.  We have a separate room where lead meditations or private readings (at a small extra cost) can be available.

Light refreshments will be available free of charge throughout the evening.

You may either book in advance or just arrive on the night.
