Meditation & Buddhism Drop-in ClassesPresented by Buddhist Nun Gen Kelsang Shechog
Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Beginners welcome.
Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. A different topic is taught every 3–7 weeks.
