Meditation - "Rebuilding Through Silence"

"Meditation is a mind without agitation." A simple process to dive deeper into the inner silence. Inviting the curious passer-by and the most experienced to join us, let go and return rejuvenated.
"Rebuilding through Silence" - an initiative to heal the nation and to spread the smiles and solace around the world. It was started after the recent earthquakes, to provide the emotional and spiritual support to help the nation put their lives back together. These are being held every Monday from 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM. The first session began on the 28th March 2011.
What is Meditation?
A mind that is in the present moment is meditation.
A mind that is calm, without hesitation and anticipation is meditation.
A mind that has become no mind, and has come back to its source is meditation.
We welcome all individuals from the most experienced to curious passerby, from all walks of lives and philosophies to join us in these simple guided meditations. There is a special focus on breath as we pass this effortless journey. It gives us an opportunity to share our inner strength with the world around.
It is being hosted by the Art of Living foundation and the guided meditation are by the renowned spiritual master Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
